Fresh on Monday began in 2013 when founders, Roman Robles and Xavier Vazquez, took their last $548, drove over 1000 miles just to film and edit their first long-form documentary. Since then, they have gone on to produce, direct, and script several projects for companies and organizations such as the UFC, Ole Miss, Black Rifle Coffee Company, and the Housing Authority for the City of El Paso.
